I LOVED this CHI! My first one gave out and I needed one badly, but didnt want to pay a ton for another. This shipped SO fast! It came in perfect condition in the box. I have had no problems and hopefully it will last me as long as my first.

I LOVE my new CHI.
I don't have any complaints so far but be careful because it heats up really quickly and gets pretty darn hot! I wouldn't recommend anyone to use this everyday because you will damage your hair. I only use it once a week and my hair stays straight the whole week (as long as the weather is nice#.
I also bought the CHI iron guard #thermal protection spray) and so far so good as well.

I purchased my Chi in November and here it is February and it died. I gave three stars because of it not lasting. While it was working it was great, but what is the point of having a great product that doesn't last. My hair stylist warned that this would happen. If you dont have your original receipt the manuafacturer will fix it for $35.00, but I figure if it cost of 50.00 and didnt last six months, it may not be a smart idea to invest any more into the product.

This straightener works great on my hair. But I've went through 3 in a year! Absoulutely insane! I will not buy another one!
